Prices and general conditions

• NEW!

  DOUBLE ROOM PLUS for 2-4 persons 43 m², 50 m², with separated bedroom and living room with KITCHINETTE, bathroom and bathrobe, spacious wardrobe, relax couch and desk, TV, wide balcony with panorama view to the Sella group. We can make you a quotation!

• Smoking is not allowed in all the rooms, apartments and common areas;
• For hygiene reasons dogs and domestic animals are not accepted. Thank you for your cooperation.

The prices include:

• Free access to the wellness area;
• Outdoor parking;
• WI-FI Connection all over the house;
• Ski storage with ski boot dryer and heater in winter
• Bike room ;

ROOMS:

• The rates are in euro per day for the indicated occupancy including accommodation and buffet breakfast for a minimum stay of 3 days;
• Check-in from 14:00 till 21:00 or later upon prior telephone agreement;
• Check out: before 10:00;

Reductions for children:

• The following reductions, not combinable with other promotions, are applied for children staying in the same room with two paying adults:
• 0 - 2 years old: - 80%;
• 3 - 5 years old: -50%;
• 6 - 12 years old: -20%;

APARTMENTS:

• The rates are in euro per day for the indicated occupancy and include only accommodation. Minimum stay 3 days. It is not allowed to occupy the apartment with a greater number of guests than indicated at the time of reservation.
• Check-in from 16:00 till 21:00 or later upon prior telephone agreement;
• Check out: before 09:30;

Additional services upon request:

• Buffet breakfast; 15.00 €/person/day;
• Washing machine and tumble dryer: 10.00 €;
• Bathrobe: 10.00 €;

Garage:

• Parking place in the heated garage: 10.00 € per day in winter;
• Parking place free in summer

Extras

• To the indicated prices will be added the local city tax of €2.00 per person/per day for guests aged over 12. The tax is paid on departure and is specifically stated on the invoice;

Booking and deposit:

• The reservation becomes binding upon the payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation;
• The deposit should be paid by credit card or bank transfer within 3 days from the date of reservation

Payment

• The bill can be paid cash, with a non-transferable cheque or a credit card (Visa or MasterCard) within the day before departure;
• According to the Legislative Decree 201/2011 and modification cash payments equal to or higher than € 900.00 are no longer permitted in Italy. This limit cannot be exceed even in case of partial payments where the total amount (deposit and balance) equals to or exceeds €1,000.00. The following payment methods are allowed for bills equal to or over €1,000.00: bancomat card, credit card, non-transferable cheque or bank transfer.

Cancellation policy (Consumer Code, Parte III, titolo III, Capo I del d.lgs. 206/2005):

Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties.

The right of withdrawal is not provided by the Consumer Code.

Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• 30 days before arrival: refund of the confirmation deposit;
• up to 15 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
• from 8 days before arrival: 60% of the total price is charged;
• less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 100% of the total price is charged.
